The Speakers Bureau of the Amarillo Advertising Federation
is a group on advertising and media professionals who make themselves
available to speak to groups on advertising, public relations,
and media related topics. Topics are varied and may include a
variety of related subjects. Examples might be advertising history
and evolution, media specifics ranging from print to electronic
media (including Internet), use of graphics, campaign planning,
media buying and determining the effectiveness of advertising.
The primary purpose of the Speakers Bureau is to educate the
public on advertising related principles and issues, as well as,
to present advertising as an exciting and rewarding profession
and to attract and interest career-minded students.
